Racesio offers a 1-year limited warranty on all our products, covering any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from racesio.com

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at service@racesio.com with your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue. Please include photos or videos that demonstrate the defect.

  2. Review Process: Once we receive your request, our support team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or visual evidence to process the claim.

  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective item free of charge. In some cases, we may offer a refund if repair or replacement is not possible. The resolution may take up to 14 business days from the approval of your claim.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of the purchase date.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for warranty evaluation. We will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.
  • Repaired or replaced products will carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
